Samuel Craig was tragically taken from this earth on July 24, 1998 as a result of a drive by shooting.

The block was riddled with bullets and when the dust cleared, two other people were wounded.  Samuel and his girlfriend, Niecy Hammond were dead.

The shooters were arrested, tried, and convicted. They are currently serving time.
